The service

ReviewMiner analyses public customer reviews and produces evidence summaries, clusters, and opportunity scores. Results are research assistance, not a guarantee that a business idea will succeed.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for using the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, or submit content you are not allowed to use.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Mobile subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, renewal period, and trial terms are shown before purchase. Deleting a ReviewMiner account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Availability

We work to keep ReviewMiner reliable, but third-party review sources and AI services may be delayed or unavailable. Features and limits may change as the product develops.

Acceptable use and ownership

ReviewMiner and its software remain owned by the service operator. You retain ownership of your own input and may use your generated reports for lawful personal or business purposes.
