What ReviewMiner processes

We process your account email, saved analyses, app searches, and the reports you create. ReviewMiner also processes public App Store review text and app metadata to create clusters and opportunity insights.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide authentication, run and save analyses, prevent abuse, maintain subscriptions, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

ReviewMiner uses service providers for hosting and database services (Vercel and Neon), authentication, AI analysis (OpenAI), public review collection, web payments (Stripe), and mobile store subscriptions (Apple, Google, and RevenueCat). Each provider receives only the information needed to deliver its part of the service.

Retention and deletion

Account data and saved reports are retained while your account exists. You can initiate deletion from the ReviewMiner app or at the account deletion page. Shared public app metadata and de-identified operational records may remain where they are not connected to your account. Payment providers may retain transaction records when required by law.
